 [Stevenf.com] ~stevenf: When there is a clear next action on a project, I create a to-do item on the Palm for it, which also propagates nicely back to iCal when I sync (or vice-versa). I use the to-do list app strictly for next actions, not just willy-nilly things I need to remember to do.
